After suffering from a stroke at 37, it opened my eyes to how much my priorities were out of sync with who I wanted to be. I was focusing too much on things out of my control. Now, I’m sharing my story of becoming who I’ve always wanted to be and not leaving who I was behind but elevating & becoming her. I’d like to think of this as my personal diary of the process.
